Design Wales, the welsh assembly financed operation put the project out for tender on behalf of their client SeeTheTune.com.
BOSS Computing Limited successfully submitted and won the application based on the quality and price of their solution.
The development of the solution will begin November 2004, with a prototype to be made available soon after.
