Through our Customer Satisfaction Programme we have carried out client surveys, benchmarking our current standing against the level of service we provide. The surveys highlight specific areas where we can, and do, make developments. By putting in place rigorous internal audit processes, we aim to continually improve customer satisfaction levels, internal efficiency and employee involvement. We assess the risk of every process we develop to ensure each has authorisations appropriate to its nature, scale and risk. These authorisations are then entrusted to the right person within BOSS Computing Limited and we're always careful to ensure processes find a balance between control and flexibility.
